Book Session NowWhat is CBT?
CBT is a type of talk therapy that helps people identify and change negative thoughts or behaviours that are causing problems in their lives.Â
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a structured approach that helps individuals recognise the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
How It Works
It teaches you to notice unhelpful thoughts (like “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll fail”) and replace them with healthier, more realistic thoughts (like “I can try my best” or “I’ve succeeded before”).Â
The goal of CBT is to help you change the way you think and act, so you can feel better and handle challenges more effectively. CBT empowers people to make positive changes by equipping them with practical strategies to manage difficult situations and improve their overall mental well-being.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses relaxation techniques and focus to help you enter a calm, deeply relaxed state. While in this state, your mind is more open to suggestions and can work on deeper issues.
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to guide individuals into a highly focused, suggestible state. During hypnosis, people are aware, in control, and receptive to positive suggestions that can promote change, especially for issues like anxiety, sleep problems, phobias and stress related conditions. It leverages the imagination to evoke positive emotions and mentally rehearse new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
How it Works?
It helps you to access your subconscious mind (the part of your brain that controls habits, memories, and emotions), where you can make positive changes. For example, if you're trying to stop smoking, hypnotherapy might help you reprogram your mind to see smoking as unpleasant or unnecessary.
Book Session NowHow They Work Together
Combining CBT with Hypnotherapy the therapist first uses CBT to identify and address the negative thoughts and behaviours that are affecting you (like anxiety, fear, or stress).Â
Then, they use hypnosis to help you relax and make it easier to change those thoughts and behaviours at a deeper, subconscious level. The calm state makes it easier to accept positive suggestions and let go of old patterns.
Hypnotherapy is used to reinforce change.
