Cancellation, Expiration & Refund Policies
Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to miss, cancel or reschedule your session. To ensure fairness to both parties, we have established the following policies:
1. Cancellations within 24 hours:
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
2. Cancellations outside of 24 hours:
If you wish to cancel your session outside of 24 hours before the scheduled time, we offer the option to reschedule the session at a time suitable for you, subject to our availability. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates and times.
3. Refunds & Transfers:
Please note that we do not offer refunds or transfers of any packages or sessions.
4. Expiration Dates:
Additionally, please note the expiration date of the package or session that has been purchased. The package or session that you have purchased is only valid until the expiration date. If the package or session has expired, you will not be able to use the package or session.
5. Missed Appointments:
Missed appointments are charged in full. We are unable to process a refund or reschedule an appointment that has been missed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
6. Just Be Wellbeing Center Agreement:
I, the client, hereby discharge the practitioner and Just Be of any contractual obligation for any appointments at Just Be. I am completely aware of the modalities practice, and I am giving the practitioner the authority to work on me. I have been explained in detail how the practice works, and I have been duly informed about the modality and functioning of the practitioner. I understand the limitations of the practice and understand that the result of the practitioner also depends upon a lot of external factors and my efforts.
Liability
A. Any person, whether member or guest entering the Just Be Wellbeing Center and using its facilities does so at their own risk. Neither the Just Be Center nor any facilitator Including Just Be Management employees can accept responsibility or liability for any injury or loss, including fatality or damage whatsoever to any person or their property.
B. The Management does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused to items, valuables or personal belongings brought into the Center and the clients do so at their own risk.
C. The Just Be Holistic Center Management will not be responsible for any member the death, Injury, illness and/or mental impairment of any members and /or their guest caused and /or aggravated by any prior injury, or illness of the member and /or their guests whether known or unknown the use of the facilities. I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation with Just be, and I willingly engage in Just be events and/or other activities.
Covid - 19 Liability Waiver & Release of Claims: I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation with just be, And I willingly engage in just be events and/or other activities.
I hereby release, waive & forever discharge any and all liability, claims & demands of whatever kind or nature against Just Be wellbeing Center, including in each case without limitation, their owner & employees. Either in law or in equity to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily, injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss pr damage to property, which I my heirs’ assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives. May have or which may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from my participation with the activity.
Please note:
- By accepting this policy, you agree to adhere to this policy for all future sessions with The Tree of Hope.
- Rescheduling is subject to our availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability for your preferred alternative date and time.
- Any rescheduled session must be booked within 30 days from the original session date. If no alternative date and time can be agreed upon within this timeframe, the session will be considered canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply.
- Our policies apply to both individual sessions and packages.
